How do I register?
You can register by clicking on the "Sign Up" link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears and submit the registration information.
Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?
Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.
Can I have multiple accounts with same mobile number and email id?
Each email address and phone number can be associated with one account only.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, you'll need to log in to your account on the website and update your personal account settings. - Select 'My Account' - Select 'Account information' - click on the check box "change Password". - type in the current password. - Type in a new password in 'New Password' box. - Type in the new password again in 'Confirm Password' box. - Click on 'save'
How do I update my personal details?

How do I change my delivery and shipping address?
To update your address, you'll need to log in to your account on the website and update your personal account settings. - Select 'My Account'. - Select 'Address book' and click on "change " on the address you wish to change.
How do I reset my password?
You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.
What is store credit & where can I see my store credit?
Store credit reflect the amount of money which you have pending in your account to use against future purchases. This is calculated by deducting your total order value minus undelivered value. You can see this in “My Account” under store credit details.
What type of payments do we accept?
We accept K-net or Credit card ONLINE and Cash On delivery.
How do I place an order?
Once you have selected your items, go to the Checkout page and complete the process.
Will there be any follow up communication once my order is placed?
• Yes. You will receive an Order Confirmation via email.
• For Non-Availability our representative will contact you for options.
Do you deliver to my area?
Our delivery routes cover almost all the residential and commercial areas of Kuwait; however, some remote areas are restricted.
What is the minimum order value that you deliver?
Currently the minimum order values that we deliver is 10 KD.
What if I was not present during the delivery?
We will try to contact you by phone, but if we are unsuccessful in reaching you or you will not be able to attend the delivery in a reasonable time (15 Minutes), we will kindly re-schedule the delivery with you.
What if my delivery is late?
Delays sometimes happen due to circumstances beyond our control, so we'll call and inform you of any delay as soon as we can.
What if I have missing items?
If you have an item missing from your delivery, please call our Customer Service on 18XXXXX.
How will the delivery be done?
We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
What if I order an item and it is not available?
Items visible on the website are in-stock at the start of that working day. If for any reason the product becomes out of stock before your delivery, we will follow your substitution requirements and notify you. The substitution requirements can be selected at the time of checkout or by viewing your cart. We will refund you the difference or inform you of an additional amount before delivering the goods.
How can I cancel my order?
Kindly inform us immediately by calling 18xxxxx. A refund will be given if you already paid online. If you have made the purchase online with a credit card, payment will be reversed in 7-10 business days. If you made your transaction through KNET online, refund time will be dependent on your bank.
If I wish to return a product, who do I contact?
